Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Explore More TX, LLC, operator of Fun Finder Treasure Hunt. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Adult accounts and supervised play
You must be an adult legally able to agree to these terms to create and manage an account. People under 18 may participate only with an adult physically present and supervising at all times. The adult account holder is responsible for activity under the account and for determining whether a location, object, clue, or activity is appropriate.
Safe and lawful hiding
You must place and search for treasures only where you have permission and where doing so is safe and lawful. Never trespass, climb, dig, enter water, interfere with traffic, approach dangerous animals, damage property, conceal prohibited items, or hide anything that could reasonably appear threatening. Do not hide at homes, schools, medical facilities, construction sites, railroad property, utilities, emergency facilities, or other sensitive locations.
Community rules
- Use a respectful, non-identifying username, avatar, description, clue, and photo.
- Do not post sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, deceptive, illegal, dangerous, or personally identifying content.
- Do not falsely claim finds, coordinate fake activity, manipulate rankings, create unsafe hides, or abuse reporting tools.
- Respect public property, private property, park rules, opening hours, weather, and instructions from landowners or authorities.
- Do not use the service to track, contact, or target another person.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Explore More TX, LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content as reasonably needed to operate, promote, moderate, and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it complies with these terms.
Moderation and game results
We may investigate reports; restrict visibility; remove content, finds, hides, scores, badges, or trophies; suspend or delete accounts; and take other reasonable action to protect users and the service. Verification, ranking, and award decisions may be corrected when activity is fraudulent, mistaken, private, unsafe, or otherwise ineligible. We are not required to preserve every treasure or game record.
Physical-world risks
You accept the ordinary risks of outdoor activity and are responsible for your own travel, supervision, permissions, surroundings, and decisions. Map areas and user-submitted clues may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsafe. A map display is never permission to enter a property or location.
Service availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or contain errors during updates and afterward. To the extent permitted by law, Explore More TX, LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for safety concerns, rule violations, fraud, legal requirements, or risks to the service or others.
